At Veterans 1st, our mission is simple, we help Companies put Veterans first by eliminating red tape and ensuring they receive the critical Durable Medical Equipment (DME) they need for post-operative recovery—on time, every time. We achieve this through a standardized, nationwide process that simplifies the complex VA product request and Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract system. Whether a manufacturer already holds an FSS contract or needs assistance acquiring one from scratch, we provide full-service guidance through the VA contracting and/ or request process.
Once our process is implemented, physicians need only complete one simple step: sending everything to a single central contact at Veterans 1st. Contract holders and manufacturers have just one responsibility: deliver the requested product to the Veteran.
